Robert Gould Contact Robert

Robert E. Gould was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on August 10, 1943. In 1966, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas. By 1969, Robert earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and was admitted to practice. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and served as District Justice in 1974. Robert is also a member of the Kansas City, Missouri, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute. He has maintained his office in the Kansas City area for more than 30 years.

Frederick Thompson Contact Frederick

Frederick G. Thompson, IV was born in Landstuhl, Germany, on April 25, 1958. Frederick earned his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1984 and the Kansas Bar in 1990 and is also a member of the Kansas City and American Bar Associations. Frederick has also served as a committee member of the Young Lawyers Section from 1984 to 1985 and remains a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and the Defense Research Institute.

Andrea McCarthy Contact Andrea

Andrea Gould McCarthy earned her B.F.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Missouri State University in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1998. At UMKC, Ms. McCarthy was on Law Review, the National Moot Court Team, and on the Order of the Barristers. She was admitted to practice in Missouri in 1998 and Kansas the following year. Andrea also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert G. Ulrich, Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. She is currently a member of the Kansas City, Missouri, Kansas, and American Bar Associations, practicing in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation.

Donald Bucher Contact Donald

Donald E. Bucher was born in Hot Springs, South Dakota, on September 17, 1948. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1973 and his Juris Doctor in 1976 from the University of Kansas. Donald was then admitted to the Kansas Bar later in '76. Today, he is a member of the Wyandotte County Bar Associations and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.
